So since we are getting closer and closer to Tayvri coming (April 5th, but hopefully sooner :p) we have started desperately trying to clean out the "back room." This room is the catch all. The hiding spot for all of the things we don't want people to see when they come over. I'm sure you have one of those rooms, or at least know what I am talking about. Anyway, we also had our food storage in there. I kept thinking that we needed to find a place to put it, but we didn't have any extra space and it couldn't go in the garage because it gets too hot out there. Soo... what did we do? Check it! We removed all the clothes from the front hallway closet (stored under my bed in storage space saver bags, and had my brother in law, fire man/carpenter on the side, build us some shelves in the closet. And of course the kids had to check it out. I did pretty good too, thy could only get into the rice which I promptly put a box on and now it is kid proofed and I dont care if they get in there.
Extra storage & kid proofed all for $80 dollars and a loaf of banana bread, not bad right?
